Living Spirit Qigong
There are energies in the universe that most humans are not perceptive of. It is possible using certain techniques, to become perceptive of these energies, to gather them into your body in greater quantities than normal, to circulate them throughout your body, to store them in certain energy storage centers within your body. Doing these techniques daily over the course of months or years, can lead the the attainment of spiritual states of consciousness.
The Chinese name for these techniques is “Qigong.” In English Qigong means “energy work” or “energy skill acquired through great effort.” Qigong can be thought of as cosmic energy cultivation for the attainment of spiritual enlightenment. I offer private individual and small group instruction in Qigong. The curriculum I teach is listed below.
