Vajrayana is a variety of esoteric Buddhism which teaches a complex form of chakra meditation coordinating thought, word and deed.

 

Thought:

A) Focus your

mind/attention on the physical location of

the chakra.

B) Feel positive emotions associated

with the chakra.

C) Visualize a specific color of light at the chakra.

D) Visualize a specific geometric shape at the chakra.

 

Word:

Recite out loud or internally, a MANTRA associated with the

chakra.

 

Deed:

Hold your hands in a specific mudra associated with the

chakra.  (or do a full body posture)
