Would you like to know how to defend yourself and your loved ones against physical attack?

Learn a small but effective set of techniques that can be applied in a wide variety of situations.  Simple, Straightforward, Effective!

SELF-DEFENSE / MARTIAL ARTS CURRICULUM

THE NUMBER ONE RULE OF SELF-DEFENSE: It doesn’t matter how big or how strong your opponent is, there are certain parts of the human anatomy that are vulnerable to attack. (Master Tsai)

THE THREE MOST VULNERABLE PARTS OF THE HUMAN ANATOMY: Find out what those vulnerable parts are and how to attack them.  Create enough space between you and your opponent to get away safely.  Defend yourself successfully against virtually anyone!

THE NUMBER TWO RULE OF SELF-DEFENSE: You don’t need to win the fight.  You need to get away relatively unhurt and still alive. (Strong On Defense by Sanford Strong)

We are not looking to stay engaged with the attacker until they are totally defeated.  We are looking to hurt the attacker badly enough that they momentarily disengage and we can escape to a safe location.

PRO LIFE AFFIRMATION: “It Is My Right And Responsibility To Defend Myself And My Loved Ones.”

AFFIRMATION TO PREVENT INAPPROPRIATE USE OF PHYSICAL VIOLENCE: “I Protect Life and Health, I Avoid Violence Whenever Possible” (Enlightened Self-Protection by Stephen K. Hayes)

THE JEDI ARTS

Krav Maga: Not energy based, but a good system

Bujinkan: Japanese Ninjutsu, Divine Spirit Warrior Training,  Founder and Current Soke (Grandmaster) Masaaki Hatsumi.  Former student of Toshitsugu Takamatsu.  Headquarters in Noda, Japan.

Hoshinjutsu: American / Japanese Chi Energy based Martial Art.  Founded by Dr. Glenn Morris.  Broken into two organizations after his death.  Contact Soke Rob Williams for more information.

Ryokukai: An Aikido Karate hybrid martial art.  In the U.S. Ki cultivation is taught separately from the martial instruction.  Founded by Sensei Niikura.  Has Training centers in the U.S. and Japan.

AikiJutsu: Also called Aiki-Jujutsu, Founded by Takeda Sokaku and continued by Sagawa Yukiyoshi.  This is the source of modern, energy based Japanese martial arts.

Pretty much any Japanese Martial Art which traces its lineage back to the Kukai family should have a hidden energy component to its teachings.  The Japanese learned their energy arts from Chinese warrior monks fleeing the collapse of the Tang Dynasty around 900 AD.  These energy techniques are associated with Japanese Shingon Buddhism centered at Mount Koya, Japan.

Pretty much any Chinese Martial Art which traces its lineage back to the Shaolin Monks or to the Taoist Masters of Wudang Mountain should have an energy component to its teachings.  Qigong, Tai Chi, Bagua and Xing Yi are all energy arts.

Many martial arts have lost the energy component of their teachings.  Many instructors are not the real deal.  They have never learned and cannot teach the energy aspects of their arts.  Be sure to find an instructor who is willing and able to teach you the real thing.  Don’t waste your time with the others.
